Our Therapeutic Massage service is mixed modality. It may include techniques that may be for both relaxation and/or therapeutic to assist with muscular dysfunction, limited range of motion, mobility issues, and chronic pain. Every massage is different and customized to your specific needs.

What are RockPods?

Rockpods are rubbery suction tools made out of medial-grade silicon. Rockpods use negative (decompressive) pressure to lift, separate, and stretch underlying soft tissues. The pods allow the massage therapist to grab, pull, and push fascia to help with pain, mobility, and movement dysfunctions.
